COLLECTION - DELIVERY - RETURNS INFORMATION |

COLLECTIONS:Subject to availability, customers may collect goods from our yard in Leigh-on-Sea. We would advise contacting us before hand to check on stock availability. Our opening times are Monday to Friday 7:30 to 17:00 and Saturday 8:00 to 12:00. We are NOT open on Sundays or Bank holidays. DELIVERIES:Subject to availability, we offer a delivery service Monday to Friday 7:30 to 17: 00 and Saturday 8:00 to 12:00, to specific areas/postcodes within the Southend on Sea postcode area. A list of postcodes we can deliver to (and associated delivery charges) are detailed below. We do NOT offer timed deliveries but will try to accommodate AM or PM delivery requests where possible. We aim to deliver AM* deliveries will be between 7:30 and 12:00 and PM* deliveries between 12:00 and 17:00. Unless an AM or PM delivery has been specified and agreed with Hudson & Davies when placing your order, delivery will take place between 7:30 and 17:00. Whilst Hudson & Davies will try to deliver between the specified times agreed when order was placed, due to the nature of our deliveries, we may at times be unable to fulfil deliveries within the given time slots. *Please note, no delivery times are guaranteed. DELIVERY COSTS:Delivery charges depend on the order value and delivery area. ALL orders under the value of £100.00 will incur a £10.00 minimum order surcharge. Please read the following table to determine additional delivery charges. |

RETURNS & REFUNDS:Hudson & Davies Limited will take back goods within 14 days of purchase that are defective or damaged upon receipt or that vary significantly from the specifications detailed on www.hudsondavies.co.uk. The return of aggregates and perishable goods i.e. cement and plaster will not be accepted. Hudson & Davies Limited reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any goods returned in a resalable condition within 14 days of purchase that are not defective, damaged or that vary significantly from the specifications detailed on www.hudsondavies.co.uk. This means that you should return the goods to us in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged, with a copy of the invoice included. You must take reasonable care to ensure that you do not damage the goods once in your possession. If the goods are damaged once in your possession (or you have modified the goods) or the goods are damaged in transit back to us, Hudson & Davies Limited withhold the right to refuse any returns (or partial returns) that do not meet a good and sellable condition. Should customers require Hudson & Davies Limited to collect an item previously delivered, that is not defective, damaged or that varies significantly from the specifications detailed on www.hudsondavies.co.uk, Hudson & Davies Limited will charge a collection fee of £15.00 (plus any area delivery fee if applicable). Once returned to our yard, a refund will be issued within seven working days. All refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction. |
